David Friedman

David has been working in the Chicagoland Industrial Real Estate community for the last 6 years. David has an extensive background in underwriting, financing, and acquiring industrial real estate for institutional and private equity sources.

At Sitex

David's primary responsibilities include identifying, underwriting, financing, and acquiring industrial real estate. In addition, David oversees all capital, accounting, & tax related issues for Sitex Realty Group.

Before Sitex

Before co-founding Sitex Realty Group in 2002, David was the Director of Acquisitions at Epic Savage Realty Partners, a 40 person full service industrial real estate firm. At Epic Savage Realty Partners, David was responsible for the underwriting and syndication of over 25 industrial properties in the Chicago area. Prior to joining Epic Savage Realty Partners, David was a Financial Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle, a leading national real estate investment and advisory firm.

Accreditations

David is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelors of Business Administration with and emphasis in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado.

Cary Goldman

Cary has been working in the Chicagoland Industrial Real Estate community for 11 years. Cary has an extensive background in industrial real estate brokerage and both property and construction management.

At Sitex

Cary's primary responsibilities include identifying and closing acquisitions, portfolio lease management, managing the renovation and tenant improvements at each property, as well as building and fostering Tenant/ Landlord relationships within the portfolio.

Before Sitex

Before co-founding Sitex Realty Group in 2002, Cary worked for 9 years at Epic/ Savage Realty Partners located in Niles, IL. During his tenure at Epic, Cary excelled as an industrial real estate broker and in 1999 was made a Principal and the Director of Brokerage Operations managing as many as 22 full time industrial real estate brokers. In addition, he acted as a principal in over 15 acquisitions of industrial properties.

Accreditations

Cary graduated from the University of Iowa in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting. In addition, Cary is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois and has been a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) since 1997.

Eric Joss

Eric has been an entrepreneur and investor in Chicago for the past thirty years. He has developed, invested in and managed a variety of real estate properties, including industrial, office, retail, parking and residential properties. He is the co-owner of Distributor Stock Forms Inc, a nationwide custom forms company headquartered in Chicago with plants in four states.

At Sitex

Eric's primary responsibilities include the raising of capital, investor relations, transaction evaluation and overall strategic planning.

Before Sitex

Before immigrating to the U.S. in 1966, Eric was with an accounting firm in South Africa. He subsequently worked for Touche Ross as a management consultant in New York. He came to Chicago to work for Sam Zell during the initial setup phase of The Equity Group. He was a principal of Klaff-Joss LP, a Chicago real estate investment firm until 1995.

Accreditations

Eric has a Masters of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Michigan. He is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and a CPA. He sits on various advisory and corporate boards, including an equipment leasing company and a regional shopping center development. His non-profit affiliations include Jobs for Youth, a Chicago training and placement organization, and Spertus Institute of Jewish Studies.

Evan has been working in the Chicago Industrial Real Estate Community for 6 years. He has an extensive background in Industrial Real Estate Brokerage, specializing in the acquisitions and dispositions of industrial properties, as well as Tenant/Landlord representation for corporate, inistitutional, and private companies.

At Sitex

Evan's primary responsibilities include identifying and closing acquisitions, new business development, and Tenant/Landlord representation for companies outside of Sitex's existing portfolio.

Before Sitex

Before joining Sitex Realty Group, Evan was a Senior Associate at Podolsky Northstar Corfac International, a full service industrial real estate firm located in Riverwoods, IL. While at Podolsky, Evan was responsible for new lease transactions, facility marketing, lease negotiations and renewals for over 769,000 square feet of industrial property in the Chicago Metropolitan area. Prior to joining Sitex, Evan completed 60 transactions, consisting of 1,543,664 square feet valued at over $54,000,000. He also worked on a team that represented Siemens AG, a company with over 434,000 employees, on national assignments consisting of acquiring space and disposing of surplus owned assets (including income producing property). In the first quarter of 2004, Evan became the youngest broker to receive the prestigious Quarterly Leasing Award, a global award given to one broker by the publicly traded REIT, AMB Property Corporation, for outstanding performance. In addition, based on sales transaction volume completed in 2005, Evan was named a CoStar Power Broker.

Accreditations

Evan graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2001 with a bachelor's degree in International Relations with an emphasis in Economics. In addition, he is a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), and a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
