Jackson joined the Sitex team in December of 2020 and oversees the firm’s debt structuring/placement, investor reporting, disposition strategies and portfolio management. Jackson also manages the firm’s acquisition process, conducting financial, physical, and environmental due diligence.

Prior to joining Sitex Group, Jackson was a Senior Analyst at North Park Ventures, a Chicago-based multifamily developer. He was responsible for financial modeling, market research and analysis, investor relations, and assisting in the day-to-day operations.

Jackson holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Colorado College, where he majored in Economics.
