Matt has been with the Sitex Group since 2016 and is responsible for underwriting acquisitions and the preparation investment memorandums. In addition, Matt assists in monitoring the fund’s performance and tracking capital projects.

Prior to joining Sitex Group, Matt worked as Valuation Associate at CBRE where he worked on the preparation of real estate appraisals, feasibility studies, rent analyses and market studies of commercial properties.

His assignments encompassed full and partial interest appraisals of a wide variety of property types including apartments, cooperatives, condominiums, industrial facilities, land, office buildings, medical office buildings, shopping centers and mixed-use developments.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in real estate from the University of Connecticut School of Business. While at the University of Connecticut Matt was a member of the UConn Real Estate Society and is still an active member today.
