In short: we collect what you send us through our two forms and the basic request data every website receives, we use it to answer you and to keep the site secure, and we do not sell it, advertise with it or track you across the web.

Who we are

Information you give us
We collect personal information only when you choose to write to us through one of two forms.
The Contact page form asks for your name, email address, phone number, a subject and your message. With each submission the site also records the page the form was on, the page that brought you to it, your IP address, and the date and time. These entries are stored in the website’s database and a copy is delivered to us by email.
The Tenant Support form asks for your name, email address, phone number, a subject and your message. It is delivered to us by email and is not stored in the website’s database.
Copies of these notification emails may also be kept in the site’s mail log and in our business mailboxes.
Information collected automatically
When you visit any page, your browser sends standard request data: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. Our security firewall and our hosting provider receive and log this data to protect the site from attacks and to keep it running. Our security software also records the IP addresses of failed login attempts to the site’s administration area.
The Contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA to screen out automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
The site’s fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address in the process.
How we use information
We use the information you send to answer your inquiry, to provide support to tenants in our properties, and to keep records of our correspondence. We use request data to secure and operate the site. We do not use any of it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Who receives information
We share information only with service providers that run the site for us, each limited to its role:
- our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database;
- our security firewall provider, which screens every request before it reaches the site;
- Google, for form spam and abuse protection (reCAPTCHA) and for fonts;
- our business email provider, which delivers form notifications to our mailboxes.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Sitex Group, our tenants or others. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Cookies
The site uses functional cookies only. When you open the Contact page, reCAPTCHA sets Google’s cookies so that it can work. Our security firewall may set a short-lived cookie if it needs to verify a request. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and for that reason it does not display a cookie consent banner.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. The site does not respond to it, because the site does not track visitors in the first place.
How long we keep it
We keep Contact page entries for 24 months and then delete them. Copies may remain in routine site backups until those backups are replaced. Security logs are kept according to the schedules of our hosting and security providers.
Your choices and rights
You may write to info@sitexgroup.com at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first.
California residents. Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act, this policy describes the information we collect and with whom we share it, how you can review and correct it, how we respond to Do Not Track signals, and how we announce changes. Third parties do not collect information about your activity across other websites through our site, except to the extent Google’s reCAPTCHA does so under Google’s own policy. To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to Sitex Group, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, the right to ask us to delete it, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
The Investor Portal
The Investor Portal link on this site leads to a separate website operated by Juniper Square. Information you provide there is governed by that site’s own privacy policy and terms; this policy does not apply there.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
