Nick is responsible for executing acquisitions, dispositions and financing across the Sitex Group portfolio.  Since joining Sitex Group in 2013, Nick has closed over $750 million in acquisition and disposition transactions. Nick is also responsible for portfolio and fund management. In recognition of his contributions to the firm’s success, he was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2017.

Prior to joining Sitex Group, Nick was an associate at Realogic Analytics, Inc. where he provided third party underwriting, financial due diligence and closing services to real estate private equity firms and investment companies.

From 2010 to 2013, Nick assisted in the acquisition of office, retail, multi-family, hospitality and industrial assets totaling more than $3 billion.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Investment and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Wisconsin School of Business. He is a member of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Forum.
