Rick joined the Sitex Group as a Property Manager in February of 2022. Rick is responsible for the property management for the Sitex Group Portfolio.

Rick has a proven track record working in the commercial, retail, and industrial industry for such companies as Mack-Cali, Trammel Crowe, CBRE, Schultz Management and Levin Management through his 25 years in the industry.

Rick has served all his previous companies in various roles, building engineer, building manager, site manager and property manager. His commitment to the industry has put him in a great position to help continue the growth of the Sitex team portfolio.
