Senior Property Manager
Juan Elizalde’s Real Estate career started in 1998 with Hartz Mountain Industries. He has over 25 years of both Real Estate Accounting and Property Management experience. He has demonstrated the ability to build relationships across all transaction stakeholders while maintaining the flexibility and initiative that complex real estate projects demand.
Prior to joining The Sitex Group, Juan held positions at Cushman & Wakefield as a Commercial/ Retail Property Manager in the New York Diamond District. He then transitioned to JLL, as an Industrial Property manager where he managed a portfolio of 15 properties totaling approximately 6 million square feet.
Mr. Elizalde holds a BS in Accounting from New Jersey City University and is a Licensed New Jersey real estate professional.
