Masiel is responsible of the day to day accounting operations. Masiel works closely with Controller and Property Manager to produce detailed periodic financial reports for Lenders and Investors, keeping the General Ledger integrity and maintaining Company Policy and Procedures.

Masiel has had over 12 years of accounting experience with Treetop Development, a multi-faceted real estate company where she reported directly to Controller. Masiel’s experience also includes work at GFI Resources a privately Manhattan-based real estate developer specializing in residential high-rises, hotels and commercial real estate.

Masiel received her Bachelor Degree in Accounting at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic.
