Abe joined the Sitex Group in November, 2024 and is responsible for property management of Sitex properties in NY & NJ. Abe has an extensive track record of successfully managing complex and unique properties.

Previously, Abe worked in association management for companies such as Associa and Taylor Management. During this time, Abe managed several large developments under construction by Toll Brothers, as well as mid and high-rise condominium buildings. After many years on the residential side, Abe transitioned to industrial/commercial management, at JLL, and managed properties for a publicly traded REIT.

Abe has significant experience managing large-scale construction projects, as well as forging strong relationships with a diverse group of tenants. Furthermore, he has been heavily involved in financial analysis of portfolio properties and the drafting of budgets in coordination with client(s).

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Abe graduated from Montclair State University, with a B.S. in Real Estate/Business Administration.
